Job Role & Responsibility/Designation Healthcare Presales Manager (C1)

Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai / Bangalore

Delivery Process/ Function Name: Healthcare Presales & Solutions

- Skills (Must have) Knowledge of and experience in supporting the US Healthcare industry

- Must have experience in Healthcare within Presales /bid management /solutions etc.

- Responding to RFPs, RFIs, creating commercials, working on sales collaterals etc.

- Experience in managing internal & external clients and strategic stakeholders

- 7+ years of BPO experience with at least 3 years in Presales and minimum of 2 years working for Healthcare Industry

- Creating a customized value proposition for customers and creating a winning solution

- Excellent communication (written/oral) skills, analytical thinking mindset and proficiency in MS Office

- Skills (Good to have) Prior experience in conceptualizing and building new business practices/service lines in Healthcare

- Should be well versed with the macro environment of the Healthcare Industry

- Should have a good understanding of various pricing models/ benchmark prices and industry benchmark metrics prevailing in the Healthcare BPO

- Should have experience in working as an individual contributor

- Experience of managing delivery metrics/managing process improvement/excellence initiatives in the Healthcare space
