We have the following vacancy: Manager-Presales (Mumbai):

The Presales Manager is responsible for the design of fitting solutions based on clients needs given the products and services offered by our client. When a customized solution requires development, the solutions Consultant will qualify, document the needs of the client, architect a solution together with both client and company staff and lead the realization effort. The Solutions Consultant will present and defend the complete solution to the client together with the sales manager. He/she will demonstrate personal technical credibility in front of the customer, to build strong long-term working relationships.

KRAs

a) Improve the qualification of client needs up front to avoid delays later on especially in the implementation phase

b) Improve win/loss ratio on key deals

c) Improve solution design, documentation and realization of custom client solutions

d) Improve communication with client on a technical level during the sales process

e) Provide input for proposals and large and complex RFP and RFI responses

f) Work with Sales to provide product/business/tech knowledge in support of pre-sales activities

g) Prepare and lead technical/commercial workshops

h) Translate product, business and technical requirements into solutions

i) Stay informed on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors

Candidate Profile Graduates / Post-Graduates with 3-6 years of experience in the Internet/e-commerce industry. Must have experience in either a pre-sales role or client-facing project management position. Experience presenting complex solutions to both a technical and non-technical audience of senior stakeholders

Critical Competencies :

a) Ability to provide professional technical consultancy services internally & externally

b) Commercial mindset, with a consultative approach

c) Proactive, assertive and strong communication skills, & excellent presenting skills

d) Ability to coordinate a cross-functional team

e) Accurate, structured and with an eye for detail
