Manager - Presales - Contact Centre Solutions (6-14 yrs)
At this time we have been mandated by our client to search for a Pre-Sales Manager - Enterprise for their team. Our client is an MNC offering several Contact Centre Solution Sales to large Enterprises across India and the Globe.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Build Strong relationships with Customers
- Develop account profiles and a deep understanding of client needs
- Provide long/short term resolution for client problems
To qualify for this position, you should :
- Have good educational background
- Have 6+ years of experience in Call Centre Solutions
- Have good experience on sales of either Genesys or Avaya products
- Have good experience in either Technology or Pre-sales
- Have Good communication and negotiation skills
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
