One of our FMCG client is looking for a Manager PR & Communication to drive agenda for India Region, this is a National Level role and position reporting is into Head of Marketing.

Our client is based Gurgaon, Client is a Global MNC Company in Cosmetic, Beauty and Personal Care category.

We are looking for candidates from FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecom and other Service Industry background.

Position Summary :

- Driving PR strategy. Leveraging Brand Ambassador to increase brand recall. Handling Media and PR initiatives. Develop and sustain Social media PR strategy.

Principal Responsibilities :

- Ensure the PR campaigns are executed effectively as per plan to deliver the set objectives

- Ensure sustained presence and visibility through PR every campaign and balance across geographies and media

- Manage PR Budget

- Handle Brand Ambassador PR and leverage her to gain visibility

- Handle communication with the PR agency to implement plans

- Build a personal communication channel/rapport with all the stylists, fashion editors across various media (electronic/print/cinematic), to position the brand at their top of mind recall.

- Handling events & Media activity

- Integrating the PR initiatives with various marketing activities and provide adequate PR support for new launches

- Develop Social media strategy and manage all social media platforms liasoning with the agency

- Key role in ensuring Internal Communication programs are implemented to achieve an engaged, motivated and energized Associated force

Education Qualification :

- Candidates ONLY from TOP B / Premium Institutes which specialize in PR / Mass Communication needs to apply.

- Post-Graduation in Management / Mass Communication

- 5+ years in product/brand marketing, with experience in activation, alliances, and strong business acumen.
