Looking for POS Service and Channel Support Manager for a Financial Organisation

POS/EDC experience is mandatory

- Will be responsible for Engage with POS channel and provide required support

- Manage POS Service delivery via service provider

Span of Control: Pan India

Base: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with vendor and create customer service delivery framework

- Work closely with channel to provide required support from HO

- Calculate and Publish Channel KPIs

- Envisage and execute channel campaigns and R&R programs

- Responsible for superior customer satisfaction for POS business by ensuring that vendor provides timely support

- Participate in process improvement initiatives

- Help business in rolling out new initiatives
