Manager - POS Fraud & Risk - FinTech (8-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Manages and oversees the daily operations of a group of fraud analysts/ investigators and or chargeback analysts, either directly of subordinate supervisors.
2. Develops and implements fraud/chargeback policies & procedures in order to achieve an overall acceptable fraud rate on regular transactions.
3. Manages analysis of transactional records and databases to determine fraud trends and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
4. Possess expert understanding of fraud related data, model schematics, systems and tools.
5. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
6. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination's with other departments.
7. Requires bachelor's/master's degree with a minimum work experience of 8 years+ experience including 3 years of managerial experience.
8. Preference will be given to those who have done specialized courses on Fraud Analytics and have working knowledge of SQL.
