Manager - Portfolio Management - IT

- Manage a portfolio of company incentive plans like ESOPs on our internal plan administration platforms

- Interact with the client facing team on the day to day operational transactions relating to the plans

- Execute the timely processing of operational transactions including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving

- Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to the companies in your portfolio

- Working with the client facing team to project manage the implementation of new clients onto the platform and key transaction events

- Document implementations/projects thoroughly and ensure all defined goals are met

- Act as a point of contact for the client facing team
