Job Title: Finance ManagerPortfolio & Accounts.

Qualifications and Experience:.

Chartered Accountant (CA).

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, investment management, or related fields.

- Prior experience working directly with investment teams or on portfolio management will be an advantage.

Key Skills :

Job Responsibilities:.

Portfolio Support:.

- Work closely with the portfolio investment team to track the performance of existing investments and evaluate the financial health of portfolio companies.

- Participate in strategic discussions with portfolio companies to assess and guide their financial planning, budgeting, and operational metrics.

- Assist in monitoring key business drivers, market developments, and sector-specific risks for portfolio companies.

Investment Analysis:.

- Evaluate financial performance and growth potential of companies being considered for investment.

- Develop advanced financial models, including valuation models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.

Data Management & Reporting:.

- Collect and organize financial and operational data from portfolio companies and potential investments.

- Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform decision-making by senior management and investors.

Market Research:.

- Conduct in-depth industry and market analysis to identify investment opportunities.

- Analyse market dynamics and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.

Skills:.

- Expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.

- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g , Power BI, Tableau).

- Solid understanding of venture funding structures, financial statements, and startup economics.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work seamlessly with the portfolio investment team to align on strategic priorities and create value for portfolio companies.

- Proven track record of liaising with diverse stakeholders, including startup founders and management teams.

- Skilled at fostering trust-based relationships and navigating nuanced business scenarios with portfolio companies.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

- A proactive and analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
