We have very urgent HR position in one of REPUTED LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location -
BASE LOCATION - Hyderabad
OFFERED CTC - negotiable pa + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - Manager PMS & new initiatives ( HR )
REPORTING - AVP HR
SPAN OF CONTROL : pan INDIA
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Responsible for PMS and New Initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Management System :
- Support in Design and implement performance management system (PMS) across the organization
- Coordinate with site HR's and ensure completion of performance appraisals in time
- Identify performance parameters for all positions department-wise in-line with organization level parameters, in coordination with the department heads and communicate the same to the employees
- Initiate target setting for employees along with respective department in-charges
- Conduct midyear / quarterly appraisal in coordination with department in-charges
- Communicate revised targets to employees in coordination with department in-charges
- Prepare a timetable for completion of Performance Management cycle for the year with clear timelines and communicate the same to all the employees
- Communicate performance ratings to employees after review by the management.
- Responsible for design, review and implementation of Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
- Provide training to employees on performance management system
- Design, review and implement variable pay for the non-sales functions
- Design and implement career development paths for various roles
- Design and implement PMS applications for easier implementation of the PMS process
- Review and improve existing performance management system
- Coordinate with consultants (IT or PMS) supporting in implementation PMS / automation related initiatives
- Analysis of inputs from appraisal forms to be shared to respective stakeholders (Training needs to L&D, etc)
- Communication of Revised Compensation to employees
- Keep track of industry trends in compensation increments and other latest changes in the compensation structure, job architecture followed in the life industry
- Analyse the cost implication of the increments and present the overall analysis (PMS demographics, existing cost, new cost, letter formats, compensation structure revision etc)
- Ensure safe storage of appraisal reports
New Initiatives / Automation:
- Design, Develop and implement HR automation in coordination with vendor
- Implement New HR initiatives
- Design and Review of HR Policies in coordination with stakeholders
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- The person should be a subject matter expert in PMS.
- Good knowledge of latest HR practices.
- MBA mandatory.
