Our client is a leading Insurance company hiring for their PMO function
The Role :
Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office for overseeing, managing and developing ongoing projects.
Provide strong leadership by ensuring proper utilization of resources and capacity building .
KRA :
- Proactively engage with Directors and senior managers to identify opportunities for business improvements
- Manage the PMO team and provide performance feedback and goal-setting
- Ensure detailed project, implementation or actions plans are
- Ensure projects have requirements documentation
- Ensure monitoring of progress
- Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are being recorded, monitored and proactively managed
- Participate in project reviews, approvals, and gating processes
- Deliver an effective and timely schedule of project communication
- Adherence to the best practices and standard approaches for project management.
