- Insightful experience in PMO activities using project management methodologies including project scoping, estimation, planning, risk management; created standardized project management processes, defined status reporting templates, analyzed project plans, defined program governance, established communication protocols

- Experience in Analytics is Mandatory

- Re-engineering existing methods, use of six sigma& automation to transform client business to be better equipped for industry to reduce incumbent costs and increase the scope of work.
