Manager - Plant & Maintenance - Oil & Gas (15-20 yrs)
Role : Manager - Plant & Maintenance for Oil & Gas
- Responsible for shutdown/ turnaround projects of Construction, plant maintenance and turnarounds with SABIC, Non-SABIC affiliates and Saudi Aramco in KSA.
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the shutdown and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
- Develop a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern of resource utilization.
- Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
- Ensure timely and efficient deliverables on site by managing the day to day operational aspects of the project.
- Oversee performance of all site staff to enforce project standards and ensure scope of work, specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Ensure proper administration of projects and obtaining of all necessary permits and licenses.
- Supervise site staff, review their reports, check on any reported difficulties, and correct any safety violations or other reported deficiencies
- Oversee the development of detailed project schedule and submit to client for approval.
- Effective liaison with Site In-charges/ Project managers & Client.
B.E./ B. Tech : Mechanical engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years GCC experience is mandatory
Project Management Skill
- Minimum of 15+ years experience in shutdown/ turnaround /maintenance projects in Oil & gas Industry.
- Thorough understanding of construction, shutdown, turnaround projects
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Experience in dealing with ARAMCO, SABIC will be an added advantage.
- Leadership Skills
