Manager - Plant HR - Manufacturing (4-10 yrs)

Company Profile : Our client is a large & leading Global manufacturing organisation having multi-locational manufacturing plants in India & overseas-World leaders in their field. They currently have a headcount exceeding 3,000 and are growing very rapidly. Our clients are looking for young, dynamic HR Managers to be based at Chandigarh, Mumbai and Surat. The positions report to the respective Works Mangers. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.

Job Profile: The incumbent will be responsible for overall management of the plant HR, IR, ER and Administration. Will lead a small team.

KRAs :

- Filling up the gaps in Manpower, retention of employees, Liasioning with govt. Officials.

- Training as per ISO 9001-2008. Implementation of GMP, 5S.

- Maintenance of Employee records, Time office keeping, Pest control, Safety measures.

- Wage and Salary Administration, Fixing of remuneration, Payroll Management.

- Auditing and maintaining Outsourced housekeeping & Security.

- Performance Appraisal of the employees. Carrying out IDP and CSP process.

- Plant employee engagement, Handling Canteen Committee, Safety committee, Employees Welfare Committee.

- Recruitment and induction of the employees as per the job profile matrix

- Framing various HR policies as per the requirement of the company and management decision. Coordinating and implementing the various company policies.

- Interaction with the workers committee and ensuring the smooth industrial relations.

- Liasioning with the govt. officials especially with Industries Department, pollution department, P.F/ E.S.I department.

- Filling returns under Factory Act, ESIC, PF etc. Maintaining various Registers under Factory act.

- Various Renewals factory license, Consent for pollution, Contract labor management. Handling labor issues.

Candidate Profile : MBAs / Post Graduation in HR (MBA/MLS/MSW) with 4-10 years experience in HR & IR activities in Manufacturing organisations. Must have ideally worked in plants with headcount 200-1000 and led a team. Candidates are expected to be locationally mobile
