Manager - Plant HR - Manufacturing (13-15 yrs)
Position: Plant HR Manager (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)
Role:
- Recruitment & Selection for vacant positions
- New Joiner induction and formalities
- Working on Competency Mapping, identifying employee training needs, preparing Training Calendar and arranging Training Programs
- Preparing annual L&D budget
- Responsible for Employee Performance Appraisal on the basis of Competency Matrix
- Counselling employees as a part of performance management system
- Designing IDP's for succession planning
- Statutory Compliance of regulations
- Responsible for IR and manufacturing HR interventions, Employee Relations, Facilitating workers participation in management, discipline administration and Grievance handling
- Employee Engagement
- Working on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
- Prepating monthtly MIS reports
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 13-15 yrs of experience in Plant HR in a manufacturing company
- Indepth exposure to various functions in plant HR with some exposure to IR
Location: Jagadia, District Bharuch
