Manager - Plant HR - Manufacturing (10-20 yrs)
Seeking to hire a Plant HR (Manager grade) for a manufacturing co. based in Kolkata.
Reporting: Plant Head (production) / Corporate IR Head
- Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Contract Labour Management, Talent Management, Compensation Management, Statutory Compliances
- Experience in IR, Disciplinary Actions, Statutory Compliance
- Manufacturing Plant Exposure must.
Statutory Compliances:
- Ensure compliances under various applicable Labour Laws
- Manage online compliance manager software
- Ensure salary payroll related compliances (deposition of online PF, PT, LWF etc.)
- Ensure 100% compliance for off role employees
- Liasoning with authorities under Contract Labour, Factory Inspector, PF authorities for compliance of statutory obligation under various labour laws
Employee Relations and Administration:
- Contract Labour Management
- Grievance redresser
- Long term settlements / wage settlements
- Labour unrest / unions
- Liaison with public, local villages' community and police
