The Plant HR manager role will be focused more on HR rather than IR  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES   1. To Manage Talent Acquisition needs for the plant  2. To ensure effective business partnering covering Talent Management, PMS, Employee Engagement & Training  3. To proactively comply with applicable statutory requirements and monitor Industrial Relations.   4. To deploy/maintain HRIS System including HR operations needs pertaining to the Plant  5. To ensure effective employee induction & manage the entire employee lifecycle  6. To maintain requirements pertaining to ISO standards such as QMS, EMS, OHSAS, IMS and SA.   7. To work with the Corporate HR team for effective alignment of company-wide HR Policies and Practices  Requirements  1. MBA in HR with work experience of min 10 years  2. Must currently be managing responsibility as Plant HR Manager or in a One down role in case of a larger setup  3. Must have worked in the area of Talent Management, Employee Engagement, L&D covering White-collar staff  4. People having experience of working both in a plant as well as corporate HQ would be preferred  5. Exposure for HRIS systems is a must
