Job Description:

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

- Responsible for compliance with labour laws & Statutory obligations of company pertaining to P.F., E.S.I., Factory Act Returns, Renewal of Licenses, Registration of labour deptt. and Renewal of Registration, Contractor license, Employment Exchange vacancy notification 1959, under quarterly and biennial return, Apprentices Act 1961, Bonus Act, Payment of wages Act, IR issues associated with trade unions, Contract labour management system, file note, liasioning with Govt. offices i.e. Labour Office, court, Pollution control board, Local gram Panchayat norms, Industrial liasioning to achieve above compliances.


- Responsible to achieve system compliance for Risk & Assurance standards in factory operations etc.

INTERNAL AUDITOR

- Responsible to Find out the gaps in system, Policy and documentation and all statutory compliance w.r.t labour & Factory Act/ Rule, corporate policy for Newai Unit.


- Purpose of the audit is to reveal the strength and weakness in the human resource system, and all issues, which need resolution.

TIME OFFICE FUNCTIONS

- Responsible for preparation of Salary & Wages, Bonus, Full & Final Settlement, Over Time, Attendance, Leaves, Advance, Loan, LTA & Medical Reimbursement, Telephone Reimbursement, on Savior/pay roll - PULSE-, Monthly MIS report Productivity, Cost per Men, salary wages bill as a Percentage of PTS value.

ADMINISTRATION FUNCTIONS

- Responsible for maintenance of Canteen, Vehicle, Air Ticket Booking, Department wise 5-S team formation & 5-S audit, Security & Arrangement of functions, Annual get together, organize CSR activities in coordination with Corporate:

- To arrange transportation facilities and security.

- Annual medical examination and Hospital Facilities.

- To arrange the Hotel booking & Vehicle Facilities.

- To arrange the Air ticket for company employees.

- To handle the vehicle records

- To arrange the telephones Facilities

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

- Co-ordination with Consultant for sending Resume as per requirement, sorting Bio-Data, Scheduling the Interview Time & Venue, Joining Formalities, Induction Schedule for new entrants. Also Dealing with Causal Recruitment on large scale.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

- Coordinating with internal & External Parties for organizing Training & Development Programmes for Middle and lower level management People. Monthly News letter of Unit, Quarterly HR PPT. review by corporate HR, Provides Induction Training to new employees.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

- Circulation of Performance Appraisal Forms to all appraisers up to the Manager Level and collection of forms from Appraisers,

- Analyzing of Performance Appraisal data as per the requirement of management.
