Hiring a leading Automotive Manufacturing MNC Reports to - Head of Plant Functionally to Head of HR Location - Pune, Chakan The role of Plant HR Manager is to design, plan, and implement human resources programs for a plant of 300 people. - Manage &amp; execute day to day HR operational activities and provide direction to employees/unions in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc. - Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. - Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training and career management. - Serves as a strategic and tactical business partner to the Plant leadership team. - Guarantee working conditions in compliance with group Health, Safety, and Environment policies. - Responsible to managing Industrial Relations with local employee representatives. Together with Plant Head and Head of HR, develop and implement a robust IR policy. - Lead implementation of Group HR policies and processes within the site, including Employee Empowerment. Qualifications: - Master's degree with the specialization in HR. - Minimum 10 yrs of experience in an HR function within an industrial environment. - Effective union handling skills. - Good knowledge of employment law. - International mindset. - Strong written and oral communication skills.
