Manager - Plant Finance - Polyester - CA (15-18 yrs)
Our client is Leading Polyester Producer in South East Asia. We are looking for Plant Finance Manager for the company. A CA with minimum 15 to 18 years of post qualification experience working in a large Plant in India or outside.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform the Finance Department as a Growth Engine for the various businesses . Design and implement innovative financing strategies to meet working capital and capital expenditure needs to meet growth targets
- Products costing, cost management and support Marketing Department in pricing decisions.
- Set challenging cost saving targets and lead initiatives in achieving them.
- Guide and support the Finance and Accounts Team towards achieving Company goals
- Improve financial closing process efficiency, quality, and timetables through driving robust review process, improving current financial processes, schedule attainment and measurement to metrics.
- Refine OI and cash flow forecasting process and improve accuracy through driving business engagement, developing clear ownership, achieving process improvements and measurement to metrics.
- Ensure proper financial controls exists and meets with best in class governance standards. Elimination / timely closure of non conformity
- Development and timely reporting to the CFO of the companies performance
- Facilitate Mid Term, AOP and department budget development process
- Lead the Company's efforts in creating MIS backbone.
