Manager - Planning - Agri/Dairy/Food Processing

Job Description :

- Responsible for end to end planning - Demand, Supply, Material/Inventory, Logistics and Depots at pan India level.

- Co-ordinate with sourcing/manufacturing for timely production/receipts as per plan

- Demand Planning & freezing it with the cross functional teams involved.

- Supply planning & allocations based on the agreed forecast.

- Co-ordinate with the central logistics team and ensure timely dispatches as per plan

- Inventory control and monitoring across all the hubs and branch warehouses

- Estimate, Plan & monitor warehousing needs across the country for the entire division

- Identify areas of improvement within the function and drive various change management initiatives

- Work closely with Cross functional teams and ensuring smooth operations and managing direct and indirect teams

- Identifying Cost Saving initiatives and driving those initiatives

- Driving operational excellence projects to improve productivity and minimize the gaps
