Porter - Manager - P&L - Logistics

Job Description :

1. Plan for a city growth and market penetration

2. Responsible for complete P&L

3. Organize and monitor effort to acquire new driver partners in respective zones

4. Responsible for strategizing and handling day to day operations in the city

5. Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, core operations

6. To ensure long term and profitable relationships with business partner and supply retention

7. Devise implementation strategy for new process launched

8. Planning, hiring, training and effective utilization of resources in different functions

9. Implement the new process and refine existing process in operations that fits within the organizational goals

10. Contribute to long term goals around business and people development, including succession planning & clients retention.

Skills Required :

- Proven working experience in operations and sales track record

- Proficiency in English and regional language (Tamil)

- Team management experience (Minimum 5)

- Market knowledge ( FMCG, Logistics )

- Good Analytical and problem solving skills

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills
