Education: B.Tech./B.E./Master's Degree/MBA from reputed institute(s) with relevant experience

Datasets - Experience working with sales (Rx), claims, formulary, calls data
Therapeutic Areas - Experience working with products from diverse therapeutic areas
Salesforce - Prescriber targeting, salesforce design, incentive compensation, goal setting
Brand Assessment - Launch planning, prioritization, marketing mix optimization and multichannel strategy
Execution - Call planning, workload assessment, sales force effectiveness
RnD - clinical site selection, clinical sites monitoring
- Managed highly skilled and knowledge intensive teams
- Demonstrated contributions in firm and knowledge building activities such as recruitment, intellectual capital development, staffing, marketing, branding
- Actively involved in mentoring and training junior team-members
- Handled multiple projects simultaneously; structured projects/ engagements for the team
- Supported sales and business development activities
- Passion for building teams
- Exposure to advanced analytics methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.), Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, etc.
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis software like SAS//R
- Knowledge of BI and visualization tools like Tableau/Spotfire/Qlikview/Power BI
- Help Healthcare Information & Analytics Practice make a bigger impact in Firm's overall positioning in the market
- Work closely with the Analytics Practice and Firm leadership to grow the overall PLS practice
- Define the scope of work and identify opportunities for out-performing, creating intellectual capital and building reusable methodology/approach/delivery components
- Help develop careers of junior team members
- Project Delivery and Management
- Structure the approach and deliverables for multiple analytics engagements simultaneously
- Manage communication and project delivery between India and US teams
- Manage client expectations, presentations and act as subject matter expert on analytics discussions
- Manage team members proactively
- Help junior members develop the analytics path to align with overall project objective
- Responsible for checking the methodology and results used by team
- Help assess the impact of work, and conduct so-what analysis
- Develop storylines and lead the creation of presentations
- Firm Building & Intellectual Capital Development
- Contribute to research, white papers, blog, and other IC development activities
- Lead thought leadership efforts, generate new ideas for intellectual capital development
- Develop Practice point-of-view on emerging issues and challenges in the areas of business analytics across industries
- Lead recruitment efforts in India; lead campus and off-campus branding efforts in India
Business Development:
- Engage with International clients and adapt to different market maturity stages and business needs
- Active contribution to business development and supporting pre-sales activities
- Support market facing activities such as seminars, event participations
- Help Partners/Directors across the firm in selling analytics projects by acting as a subject matter expert on business development initiatives
- Act as Subject Matter Expert; keep abreast of market developments, identify growth opportunities
