The candidate should come form Wealth Management, Investment Management industry and asset classes (equity, fixed income and alternatives) understanding. Strong prior experience in preparing Investment Performance reports covering Asset Allocation, Benchmark calculation, holdings and Portfolio Performance, computation and analysis of returns involving varying time periods, money weights and hedging costs in needed. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Proficient understanding in Wealth Management, Investment Management industry and asset classes (equity, fixed income and alternatives) - Ability to Prepare Investment Performance reports covering Asset Allocation, Benchmark calculation, holdings and Portfolio Performance, computation and analysis of returns involving varying time periods, money weights and hedging costs - Analyzing pension plans (defined benefit and defined contribution) on the basis of asset allocation, positioning, performance attribution, risk-return analysis etc. - Preparing performance analysis and provide investment recommendations of various active and passive investment options on quarterly basis - Exposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies - Drafting manager commentaries on a quarterly basis using micro-attribution analysis. - Promoting automation within reporting infrastructure using VBA and SQL while streamlining reporting processes and database development REQUIREMENTS : - B Tech. /MBA with CFA/FRM/CIPM/CAIA preferred - 9+ years- experience in investment management/ fund management firm with expertise in portfolio analytics and performance attribution reporting. - Prior experience in reporting of pension funds or other financial institutions is preferred - Strong working knowledge of MS Office, third-party tools - Bloomberg, Morning Star, Lipper, etc. - Strong team management experience (of managing a minimum 10 member team for atleast 3-4 years) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A techno-functional professional with experience in managing teams. - Experience of working in Global/ Cross-cultural teams will be preferred Adaptive to organizational culture and business environment WHAT IS IN STORE FOR YOU? - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders. - A high-performance culture with phenomenal career progression.
