Manager - Performance Marketing - Startup (3-6 yrs)
We are handling an opportunity with one of the leading start up company in Delhi for the role of Performance Marketing Manager.
Job role :
- Manage acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other online channels.
- Identify additional platforms for online acquisition and drive the same.
- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.
- Help support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs.
- Monitor attribution dashboards and key reporting tools like AppsFlyer.
- Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.
- B.Tech with Minimum 3 years experience of digital ads performance marketing management.
- Experience of working in start up environment would be preferred.
