Manager - Performance Marketing - Logistics Business

Role:

As a part of the Marketing team, you will get an opportunity to be a part of an industry-wide revolution in the world of shipping and logistics by collaborating with other brilliant minds to resolve real world on-ground challenges. Areas of Impact for you (Responsibilities):

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email and social media

- Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, email and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc). This includes running A/B experiments to improve ROI

- Lead multiple digital marketing initiatives across channels, within given timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget.

- Take initiatives, identify pain points, improvement areas and work towards achieving a solution.

Desirable Skills and Experience :

- Experience in running successful Google Ads, Bing Ads, email, and other campaigns.

- Ability to Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work between teams, functions, and geographies, with high autonomy and little guidance.
