Performance Marketing Manager


Job Description :

We're looking for a passionate marketer who will own the success of this business from the inception. You will be joining as the first member of the marketing team and will be instrumental in defining our marketing strategy as well as execution machinery.

What you'll do :

- You will own all customer acquisition & engagement efforts for the product

- Create GTM strategies for launching a new product and executing it with high accuracy

- Optimize between strategic and hustle modes to deliver the most optimized acquisition costs

- Structurally understand the equations of CAC and LTV and be able to use the limited marketing budget wisely

- Managing campaigns across FB, Google, DV360, paid media buys & other programmatic / DSP platform

- Actively looking at campaigns from a recovery perspective, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Some key metrics that you would be owning: New user Acquisition, Cost per new user, User Quality, Funnel Conversion Rates like Reg/Installs, Deposits/Installs, etc.

- Work with the product team to enable activation journeys for the respective channels/ acquisition cohorts to drive CAC efficiency

- Identify & execute marketing techniques such as SEO, referrals, and digital marketing channels that actually work for initial start-up budgets

- Constantly optimize & test the landing pages with content, UI/ UX with the aim to improve conversions

- Analyze data and figure out leaky product and communication flows and fix them

- Constantly run A/B experiments to identify scalable or metric moving opportunities

- Need to have a good understanding of tools like GTM, GA, Adobe, Or MMP platforms like Appsflyer etc.

What you'll bring :

Well, apart from a few cookies every day, it'd be great if you come with these

- Min 3 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliates & influencers for a consumer product or service (gaming, media or digital products preferred)

- Demonstrated ability in handling and optimizing campaigns across different paid, partnerships / programmatic channels

- Excellent in stakeholder management with strong organizational, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to consume/analyze a lot of data, curiosity to understand customer behavior and ability to build in meaningful and actionable insights

- Go-getter attitude - Mustn't shy away from experiments and analyzing the outcome for future scalability

- Revenue centricity. You will be working for one of the largest gaming companies in India
