Job Description:
- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.
- Manage SEO & paid media channels.
- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
- Understand deeply the lifecycle of customers on Square and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers
- Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
Key Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Analytical mind.
