- We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can create and execute a paid marketing strategy to meet the overall business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with proven success in the field.

Our client is a series B funded organisation. It is well known in the market offering a comprehensive suite of products, which include white-labelled and customizable websites and apps, a feature-rich CMS + CRM dashboard to manage and analyse the online presence, customer segmentation and campaigning tool.
Description :
- Create performance marketing strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing and business targets .
- Run campaigns on multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
- Identify channels for affiliate marketing and deploy a strategy to drive results with the same.
- Coordinating with a variety of agencies to supervise digital marketing campaigns, provide creative feedback, and augment internal marketing activities.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns.
Profile :
- 5-8 years of relevant experience with 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Prior experience running performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Proven experience handling digital marketing budgets, generating leads, driving revenue.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
