Manager - Performance Marketing - FMCG/Automobiles (8-13 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.

- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics.

- End to end responsibility for digital marketing programs that include setting strategic KPI/metrics and then executing the strategy.

- Responsible to set the digital marketing strategy within the overall marketing strategy of the company

- Responsible for growing the Online Assets (App, Msite and Desktop) for Apollo India.

- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitive research, and market trends analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

- Develop creative and compelling ad copies, landing pages, and visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversion.

- Ability to build a complete well measured digital marketing program using all available mediums like UAC Ads, Affiliates, App Partnerships, Social ads, SEO, SEM, etc.

- Manage and optimize paid search, display, and social media campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.

- Implement and test various targeting, bidding, and ad formats to improve campaign performance and reach new audiences.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media insights to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, product, and sales to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of campaigns with business goals

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing and share knowledge and insights with the team.
