Performance Marketing Manager Looking for a Performance Marketing Manager from an upcoming FMCD brand based in Gurgaon The ideal candidate : - Should be someone who has hands-on experience in planning, strategizing, executing, and reporting Full funnel plans on Google Ads, Facebook Business manager along with reporting tools like google analytics, hotjar, etc. - Should be familiar with SEO strategy and metrics. - Should be strong analytically, to drive & calculate numbers. - Will drive special projects related to improving user journey, onboarding and experimenting with new channels to drive incremental revenue on website and brand awareness online - Will become the owner for driving marketing projects & strategy for our website from both organic & paid advertising channels that can derive brand success KPIs. - Will be in charge of checking inventory for products in stock weekly and plan campaign strategy to drive sales for the same. - Will be in charge of Improving RoAS on existing paid marketing channels and find new opportunities to drive incremental conversions with communicating the right messaging to potential target audience. - Will share analysis of the new experiments, outcomes and learnings with key stakeholders for new growth opportunities. - Should have hand-on experience handling Marketing Automation tools like Mo-Engage or any other customer retention platforms. Pre-requisites: - E-commerce / D2C experience is preferred. - Minimum 3 years experience in Performance Marketing. - Must have strong Analytical skills.
