Manager - Performance Marketing - FinTech (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Looking for a candidate from Fintech company
Exp - 5-10 years
- Be the go-to expert within digital marketing (web, search, display, email, content and social marketing activities)
- Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- Managing paid/unpaid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks
- Analyse current digital marketing outputs and implement any new reporting platforms should they be needed (Google Analytics, etc)
- Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points
- Produce brand and product collateral
- Weekly and monthly reporting of KPI metrics
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in leading performance marketing for a consumer tech start-up
- Experience in running large scale SEO/SEM campaigns and lead gen; Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Paid Social, Display media, affiliate marketing campaigns etc.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and grow the team as required
- An entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, with a get-things-done attitude
