Performance Marketing Manager- Mumbai

Salary- Upto 18 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Well-versed at developing a digital media strategy, implementing and managing the digital strategy for paid channels including, (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager ), social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin), as well as coordinate with other media partners and platforms.

- Experience with tracking, reporting, analysis and sharing results and making recommendations to improve overall performance (Google Analytics, ad platform reporting - Adwords, Facebook for example).

- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan

- Developing and managing digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns

- Develop KPI's and marketing reports for the executive team based on annual marketing objectives that demonstrate contribution to new and add-on revenue goals.

- Generate weekly & monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, & other paid search initiatives.

- Identify best practices and opportunities to optimize messaging and content to maximize campaign effectiveness and share key insights with across the organization and members of the board.

- Team handling experience

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment

- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics-

- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Key Requirements

- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.

- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.

- You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
