Manager - Performance Marketing - EdTech (5-8 yrs)

Overview :

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy, content creation for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate must have previous digital marketing experience of atleast 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Affiliates, and others.

- Manage Google Ads like Search Ads, Display ads, Discover Ads, Video Ads and More.

- Launch & manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) [Pay-per-click (PPC)] campaigns, Re-marketing List for Search Ads (RLSA) on Google Ads.

- Maintain keywords, negative keywords, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, audiences, bids, budgets, quality/optimization score and other important account/campaign level metrics.

- Analyze the Search Query Report (SQR) on a weekly basis and update the negative keyword lists.

- Hands on knowledge & experience in Google Analytics & Google Data Studio tool.

- Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that helps to better RoAS, Customer Engagement & Enhance the overall user experience.

- Coordinate with the graphic team and marketing team to get creatives made for campaigns.

- Planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns on Facebook & Google to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Optimize against key metrics including CTR, revenue lift, ROI, CPA and conversions.

- End-to-End ownership of email and SMS marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.

- Work on SEO of the On-page SEO and Off-page SEO, keyword research and optimization.

- Continuous experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI.

- Track, Report & Analysis campaign performance & website analytics against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Implementing and managing website pixels (Google, Facebook & Others) to ensure proper website activity tracking on related channels.

Preferred Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on campaign and budget management experience with high growth ecommerce/EdTech start-ups.

- Experience of digital marketing for an EdTech company will be an advantage.

- Deep understanding of Full Funnel Ads - New customer acquisition & Remarketing on Facebook and Google.

- Hands on experience with SEO, SEM and optimization tools

- Experience using marketing tools like Mailchimp, Netcore, Ahref, SemRush, Wordstream etc.

- Proven experience in running performance campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT etc) across Google, FB, YouTube, affiliates, and others.

- Proven experience in running display campaigns across ad networks.

- Proficient in managing large amounts of data with the ability to interpret and extract meaningful insights. Excel skills required.

- Experience with tools including Google AdWords, Keyword tools, Google Analytics, FB Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, and others as well as with tools such as MailChimp, Web Engage, CleverTap etc.

- Should have good understanding of ad copy, creative, landing pages

- Shopping and Dynamic ads experience, knowledge of how data feed works.

- Experience on campaign setup, management and optimisation including A/B testing of targeting, landing pages and more to ensure revenue maximisation and cost minimisation.

- Hands-on experience on Online Excel & Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: - 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 per annum (additionally 25-50% Equity component-)

Experience Required: 5 Yrs +

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana. Initially WFH
