Manager - Performance Marketing - eCommerce/FMCG

Must Have :

- The role holder needs to generate traffic on the direct to consumer platform (company e[1]commerce website)

- Performance Marketing - Candidate should know how to control this in order to ensure healthy P&L for the business. Key terms ROI, CAC (cost of Acquisition), etc.

- Site Platform Technology - Candidate should have the awareness, usage & dealing with platforms like Shoptify, majento, woocommerce etc. (may not have complete technical knowledge, but should have dealt with these guys).

- Logistics (courier, warehousing etc) - candidate should have exposure of managing /dealing with logistics set-ups

- Content/creative (Mktg) - candidate should have exposure in dealing with creative agencies that make content for website v Candidate should be able to run Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other social media websites.

- Experience in Good Start Up company is preferred .

Qualification : Preferably Engineers as they have technical knowledge of digital platforms/MBA
