Brief: We are looking for a Category Campaign Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing and ON e-commerce platform campaigns. You should be able to navigate the Consumer Electronics &amp; e-Commerce ecosystem. Candidature: - The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - You must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (managing campaigns, writing business requirements and analyzing data). You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams, with demonstrated examples of influencing key stakeholders with data-driven and insightful points of view. - Be able to implement campaign strategy in a highly dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Propose, develop and execute long and short-term content campaigns for a wide range of objectives, including product promotions, brand building, and organic engagement. - Drive awareness of products available on e-commerce platforms using native marketing tools - Engage ON platform stakeholders and gather actionable insights, and use them to enhance the brand's position &amp; presence on the platform - Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive action on insights. Lead and participate in overall business strategy and planning with senior leadership. - Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules &amp; execution of marketing campaigns. - Make rational use of marketing resources and plan marketing campaign to increase the visibility and help to build a premium brand image - Identify and measure key KPIs and metrics to continuously improve performance and report back to the marketing director - Collaborate with our internal teams and external agencies to develop content to be used on a global scale. - Expand the brand into new target audiences, while stimulating brand loyalty among our existing followers. - Rigorously track and analyze brand's content campaigns, and quickly implement updates and changes to maximize reach and engagement. - Stay abreast of the latest trends within the larger tech market, and constantly implement insights and learnings to improve the brand's overall content strategy. - Enthusiastically and effectively identify, reach out to, and collaborate with independent creatives capable of elevating the brand. Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from Tier 1 &amp; 2 college - 3+ years of eCommerce marketing &amp; digital marketing experience, a portfolio of accomplishments will be requested. - Proven ability to develop and execute creative ideas. - Experience working internationally, across diverse and complex organizations and being comfortable working quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - is essential. - Passion for content creation specific for new media, video, social content and paid advertising. - Strong writing background would be appreciated. - Engages in all content and is able to present design vision and philosophy. - Ability to think clearly and contribute to editorial discussions and strategy during the entire design process, from concept through completion. - Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with specialist creative, engineering and marketing people in a spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
