About the role: We're looking to hire someone to lead the digital marketing function. The ideal hire is obsessed with data and continuously experimenting and learning. You're not afraid to try new methodology and can effectively and quickly adapt to data and results. Responsibilities - Oversee all aspects of digital marketing channels (FB, Insta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc) from strategy and calendaring to creative development and day-to-day management for consumer experience, acquisition, and retention. - Develop paid media campaigns that drive lead acquisition and nurture existing leads. - Define the audience and channel strategy to achieve optimal business results in the context of the customer journey and user flow. - Setup and deploy lifecycle management campaigns that maintain journeys, triggers, and automation with content. - Align measurement approach with desired campaign objectives. - Oversee creative execution including messaging, landing page selection and/or development, and A/B testing. - Manage trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales. - Carry out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies through apps such as CleverTap. Requirements - 6 months - 2 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or brand environment. - B-Tech or a higher degree from Tier I engineering college. - Understanding of how to plan, develop, execute and optimize digital campaigns using paid media, affiliates, and email. - Obsessed with metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Cohorts, MAU, etc. - Strong quantitative analysis skills, utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action.
