About the Company :

Talasha, a search firm, is hiring for the position of Manager-Performance Marketing for a leading, series B Funded, direct to consumer brand that develops innovative educational products and games that build core skills in children through systematic play. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Sofina Ventures, etc, they are a profitable company and have grown exponentially by selling their products in 20+ countries and have raised a venture capital of USD 25 Million.

CTC Range - 10 to 13L PA

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Amazon products to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

2. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify key opportunities for growth and develop innovative marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

3. Manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads, to optimize performance and maximize return on investment.

4. Create and manage product listings on Amazon to ensure they are optimized for search and conversion.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and business objectives.

6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, to make data-driven decisions and adjust marketing strategies as needed.

7. Manage budgets and financial reporting for marketing initiatives, ensuring spending is aligned with business objectives and delivering a positive return on investment.

Good to have :

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We don't believe in having a strict checklist of criteria. However, as a guidance the below are few experiences or qualifications which would help:

- 1-2 years of Amazon Ads experience or 2-3 years of Google/Facebook Ads Experience

- Mumbai based preferred as its a work from office role

- Advertising Agency experience is additionally preferred

- Proficiency in Excel is required

- Demonstration of initiative and self-driven attitude

- Fluent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
