Role and Responsibilities:

- Build and manage all paid performance campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.

- Audit campaign performance on a daily basis, ensure optimal campaign structure, and employ latest practices to continually optimize and drive performance.

- Set up A/B testing to consistently test and optimize audiences, creatives, ad placements, budgets etc.

- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.

- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Ads dashboards

- Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).

- Work with our Head of Communications and Merchandisers to give feedback on ads and creatives that are working so as to put out the best content that accurately represents and differentiates our brand and merchandise.

- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure all campaign spends are kept up, and monthly budgets are adhered to

- Raise any issues with ad or account set ups. Lease with Google and Meta teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems where needed

- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

Skills and qualifications:

- 5+ years Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role (paid performance marketing) managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.

- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.

- Able to audit campaigns, monitor campaign structure, and report on weekly / monthly performance trends

- Experience with Google Analytics and generating reports for traffic, purchases, consumer metrics, and conversion funnel
