About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition efforts and scale high-impact campaigns.
The ideal candidate has experience managing performance-driven campaigns in fast-paced industries like ed-tech, e-commerce, or tech.
You will work across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more to drive qualified leads, optimize CAC/CPA, and increase ROI on paid digital spends.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, run, and scale paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Develop paid media plans to meet KPIs like lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Lead Generation
- Drive quality lead acquisition through paid channels including Search, Display, and Social.
- Optimize for CPL and CPA while aligning with sales conversion goals.
Performance Analysis
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards.
- Analyze trends, adjust strategy, and share actionable insights weekly.
A/B Testing
- Test creatives, copy, CTAs, landing pages, and target segments to improve results.
- Continuously iterate on winning campaign combinations.
SEO/SEM Optimization
- Align paid campaigns with organic SEO strategies.
- Optimize quality scores and reduce CPC for better ad placements.
Budget Management
- Manage monthly digital ad budgets efficiently across all platforms.
- Maximize return on each rupee spent while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the content and creative teams to build compelling ads.
- Collaborate with sales, tech, and product to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends.
- Benchmark against competitors and identify areas of opportunity.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
- 24 years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or media buyingideally in a B2C or e-learning/e-commerce context.
Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, A/B testing platforms, and bid strategy optimization.
- Data-driven thinking with a sharp eye for ROI and attribution models.
Education:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Mindset:
- Self-starter with a growth-hacking mentality and strong ownership of KPIs.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (Regional language proficiency is a plus).
Travel:
- Open to occasional travel for team or campaign requirement.
