In the role you would be working through a project team and would be responsible to deliver on operational and financial improvements for client organizations in the area of supply chain, procurements, operations improvement and cost reduction.
In the role you would carry out:
- Process mapping, workflow charts, study of system capabilities by understanding current practices and associated management systems. Perform data analytics, identified - Gaps- and developed customized - TO-BE- processes and systems ensuring implementation of the same.
- Design KPI tree across departments, Conducted cost benefit analysis and prepared business case for process improvement initiatives. Interacting at CXO level and influencing senior stakeholders while effectively communicating at all levels.
- Strategic liasioning with business owners, motivating and leading large cross section of employees executing change management Performed effectiveness analysis of strategic planning function and implementing Business Process
- Business Process Re-engineering
- Establish project teams, project budget, phases, milestones, identifying stakeholders. Monitor progress by project reviews, tracking activities and resolving problems
The position would be responsible to
- Delivers a result to the defined standard of quality whilst managing within cost and time constraints
- Manage the projects deliverables to the time, cost, and quality requirements
- Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the project s sponsor and stakeholders
- Lead and motivate the project team
- Create a detailed project plan
- Manage the level or risk in the project and implement effective control procedures
- Can fully cover for the Project Manager for short periods of time (on a large project)
