Job Profile:
- Support project team and engagements addressing complex issues relating to organization transformation, end-to-end employee life cycles, effective talent deployment and mobility, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR.
- The focus areas for this practice in terms of needs for both public and private sector clients include strategic HR services, workforce planning & HR policy design, career & succession planning, training & development, organisation strategy, change management, compensation & benefits management etc.
Skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of concepts and principles related to organization design, workforce planning and optimization, performance management systems, rewards and recognition frameworks, people capability assessment and development and change management.
- Experience in deployment of HR tools and methodologies supporting workforce management, competency framework, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, career planning, learning & development, etc.
- Project management experience in organizational change, company integrations, HR systems implementation, or similar scale projects.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, facilitation, communication & presentation skills, understanding of business processes, hands-on with Microsoft Office tools and data analytic tools.
- Be able to multitask and manage tasks in a fast-paced and highly flexible environment.

- Travel Requirements: Open to short and long duration travels as per project requirements
