Qualifications & Must-Have :
- MBA degree
- Experience on creation of learning modules
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Capable of delivering trainings at Group Manager level (Behavioral / Leadership training)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and content editing capabilities
Training strategy and plan - Set direction:
- Training Content Design & Development
- Training execution-Guide day to day operations in the department
- Training Vendor Management - Monitor training service provides
- Employee engagement - Create and communicate organizational culture
