- Good experience of working in both HR operations and HR strategy/organization development/organization effectiveness projects
- Design and implement strategic HR interventions that aligns workforce with key business strategies
- Design interventions for culture transformation, creating a coaching culture, building high performing teams, talent development, employee engagement in hybrid model, etc.
Strong in execution of the projects responsible for:
- Conduct thorough research on best practices and interventions
- Conduct diagnosis, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and develop action plans
- Track and report progress
