Partnering with Clients to maximize shareholder value through Strategy interventions Business plan development

Developing Thought Leadership

Client Management - Lead role in execution of client service (Project delivery)

Networking & Marketing : 

(1) Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

(2) Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals typically in relation to his service line

(3) Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

(4) Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner

Knowledge Management: 

Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team as well as the firm, capture and leverage required knowledge.

People Management : 

(1) Build a strong team and be a good role model, mentor and coach

(2) Assist in resolving people issues

(3) Assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus hiring.
