- Our client is one of the best high-frequency proprietary trading firm headquartered in the US. They have been able to deliver consistent, competitive returns, responsibly, through insights gained from trusted relationships, local knowledge and deep sector expertise. They are now looking to hire Payroll & Benefits Administratition Manager to join their Human Resources team.
Job Description :
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll for India and Singapore Entity
- Responsible for co-ordinating between the HR, payroll vendor and insurance vendors
- Responsible for payroll audit and resolving of payroll queries from auditors and employees
- Ensuring correctness of payroll, tax and social cost calculations
- Working knowledge of India and Singapore payroll tax compliances
- Ensuring correct recordings in the books for payroll and accounting for all 3 entities
- Preparation of Bank reconciliations
- Assisting the team during finalization of payroll budgets
- Manage excellent customer relationships and obtain positive feedback from key persons in the offices
- Assisting the team during quarter end closing
Profile :
- 6-10 years of HR experience in managing India and Singapore Payroll and Benefits
- Ability to execute processes and tasks with little supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and respond effectively to such situations
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex benefits material
- Aptitude to learn and understand new software and applications quickly
