Tax Payroll :
Global Compliance and Reporting is an integrated suite of Tax and accounting services that provides to our local and multinational clients. Offers the ease of managing compliance & regulatory services by:
a) Taking care of the complexity of regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions
b) Centrally managing or supporting the global compliance and reporting activities
c) Controlling the cost of arranging compliance across various countries
Each client is referred to as an engagement and the engagement teams are responsible for ensuring the delivery as per the engagement agreements. Globally, tax and accounts preparation activities are conducted mostly in the local countries and hence requires a wide network of professionals to work together and meet the client's expectations.
- Proficient in setting up the payroll in Ramco Software
- Experience in payroll transitions
- Well experienced in end to end payroll processing and review
- Process streamlining and experience in efficiency improvement initiatives
- Payroll Consulting experience
- Migrating of payrolls to Ramco System
- Bug run and resolving all the setting up issues
- Coordinate with multiple team to ensure the requirements are captured in software
- More than 5 years experience in team management
- Proficiency in MS office
- Contribution towards process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Technical skills requirements:
- Post graduate with technical knowledge
- Proven experiences on Payroll operate services with focus on multi-country payroll engagements would be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping knowledge. Direct and indirect tax compliance experience would be added advantages
- MS Office suite (moderate to expert level) - expert level knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
- Able to provide functional support in good time in order to respond to critical usage requests from the business
Personal Skills/Experiences :
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and oral in English
- Demonstrate capability to filter the key business requirements and to have sufficient creativity to build simple solutions in which the most important requirements are delivered to time and cost
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, structured thinking abilities and be able to see and push a project through to the end
- Able to demonstrate - business acumen- and to be able to identify and challenge inefficiencies
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs and work time
- Demonstrate capability to work in a multi-cultural environment and in complex environments where objectives may not always be aligned
