Our client is an established, reputed, professionally managed Retail Chain headquartered in Malad (W) and having 400+ outlets nationally with headcount over 10000+. They are seeking to hire a young and professional manager to Head & handle Payroll on a national basis.

Job Profile : Heading the Payroll function nationally. Will lead a small team.
KRAs / Role & responsibilities :
- To ensure compliance, accuracy, confidentiality & timely disbursement of salary & Full and Final settlement to employees
- To prepare salary reconciliation for earnings and deductions, trace discrepancies in the payroll and Full and Final Settlement & documentation of payroll & FnF output
- Responsible for attendance verification and full utilization of HRIS for attendance and salary
- To maintain variety of payroll & benefits data, for the purpose of providing an up to date reference for MIS
- Responsible for statutory compliance
- Responsible for accurate, timely calculation and payment of allowances for employees and professionals
- Handling employee queries and ensuring timely revert on the same
- MIS & Dashboards for Payroll and HR Ops team
- Trend Analysis of data (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Comp & Benefits)
- Wage Cost analysis (Wage Bills, Avg Salary Ratios, Budgeted Cost vs Actual Cost)
Candidate Profile : Graduates / MBAS with 5-12 years experience in handling the Payroll function of which last few years must be independently handling the function nationally. Experience in handling HRMS/HRIS tool/softwares. Must be working in large headcount organisations having headcount exceeding at least 4000+
