Manager - Payroll - Private Equity Fund

Position based with Large Global Private Equity Fund in Mumbai

Job Role

- Analyst Payroll will oversee the full Payroll Process across all Group Companies/Entities within the EMEA Region and oversee the administration of all Company Benefits.

- Responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll month on month, including managing annual processes such as new payroll cycle kick-off, close of a payroll year, taxation and including accounting

- To ensure timely receipt and delivery of payroll data in accordance with payroll schedules

- Checking and validating payroll outputs in line with the global control process.

- Income tax laws of different countries including payroll taxation

- Payroll compliance matrix for EMEA Region.

- Serve as subject matter expert of payroll processes.
