Manager - Payroll/MIS - Staffing Firm (5-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Setting up and identifying Improvement plan of all the processes involved in Payroll, Invoicing & MIS
- Implementation of Automation process by Coordinating with IT development team and outside vendors
- Responsible for coordinating with the business team for timely and accurate Invoicing
- Responsible for overseeing the processing of salaries of the associates
- Responsible for overseeing Accurate and Timely Invoicing
- Responsible for providing various MIS like unbilled, processing status, etc
- Providing or ensuring proper generation of Payslips, Form 16, Form 24Q, etc.
- Coordination with Tax team and providing the data required for return filing for Tax and GST
- Responsible for managing the team and directing the team for achieving the overall objective
Skill Set:
- Having sound knowledge of Salary taxation, Advance Excel including macro, etc.
- Should have worked in environment with systems and understands the effects of the same.
- Experience in Salary processing, Invoicing, Process Improvement, Automation implementation, etc
- Excellent Team management skill
- Excellent communication skill, time management
- Able to handle multiple clients
