Reporting Structure:

- Link between the HR and Finance team

- Individual contributor role reporting to Finance Head

- Possibility of hiring for this function and becoming a managerial role

What You will do Everyday?

- Manage documentation and records for employee on-boarding.

- Process salaries with accuracy on a monthly basis and maintain payroll records.

- Handling all Payroll Related Compliances including Reimbursements, Full & Final Settlement, Salary Slips, TDS, Form 16, Investment Proof Validation

- Input, review, and audit timekeeping and other payroll related records

- Maintain time and attendance records

- Process advance, termination and other out-of-cycle payments

- Assure that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries, questions, etc.

- Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal groups, hiring managers, and external parties (as required).

Your Superpowers

- 3-6 years of experience in payroll and HR compliance

- MBA in HR

- Demonstrated proficiency in payroll and HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other databases
